Abstract:  ABSTRACT: In the initial stage of the electricity market, because the clearing mechanism based on the centralized bidding of all the electricity or the balance mechanism based on the increase or decrease offer has not been established, the power system dispatching operation is facing the situation of coexistence of planned electricity and market electricity. The scale of bilateral transactions has been expanding and the coordinated implementation of different power components is a new challenge for the operation of the market during transition stage.  The power volume contract is settled on the basis of the contracted volume, and the power contract is settled on the basis of the contracted output curve. This paper considers above two different types of bilateral transactions. Based on the analysis of the implementation requirements and reduction method of the two types of different bilateral transactions, this paper studies the modeling methods for bilateral power volume contract and bilateral power contract respectively for participating in the day-ahead power and electricity balance. Taking into account the coordinated implementation of the two types of bilateral contracts and planned power contracts, as well as the impact of grid blockage on the implementation of the transaction, this paper finally establishes a day-ahead unit commitment model of bilateral transactions and planned power implementation, power generation economy and power grid security. This paper analyzes the selection method of weight factors and reduction factors in the model through examples, studies the effect of different reduction methods on the execution of the transactions, studies the influence of the transaction execution weight selection on the coordinated execution of bilateral transaction and planned power contract, studies the influence of grid congestion on transaction execution, and verifies the effectiveness of the model on coordination execution of contracts.
